Secondly, Youthology International wants to develop a youth career professionally as well as personally. There are two different ways of intervention with the clients in our social work. One is by using the primary methods. There are three subtypes of primary intervention method that is social casework, social group work, and community organization. We can directly connect with the clients through primary intervention methods. On the other
side, secondary methods consist of another three subtypes such as social action,social work research, and social welfare administration. In this intervention method, the team helps in assisting the primary methods. Therefore, we help in developing the youth by approaching them appropriately.
