Mr. Niraj Kumar Singh is a trained young professional social worker and qualified trainer & consultant. He took the officially role of Chief Executive Officer leading Youthology International Pvt. Ltd. Panasonic April, 2020. Under his direction, the company is now moving forward to achieve its goal of making further contributions to young generation in rural, semi urban and urban, always focusing on people’s living under our brand slogan of “Journey toward Success. ” He is the principal consultant at Mastermind consultancy and training services. A self-man who set up his business at young age. He is established 65 young entrepreneurship centre across the county for the transform the young generation to create more employment opportunity in rural, semi urban and urban community.

Since 2008, he has been the core team for conducting more than 500 seminars and workshops, social work camps, life skill trainings, career guidance, business development, youth advocacy, community developmental projects, part time social service trainings which has touched more than 50,000 lives in primary, secondary schools, College, University and communities from various walks of life.

He has conducted training programmes in many schools, private organisations as well as state and central government bodies. His competencies are in the areas of personal power, customer service, public speaking, presentation skills and dynamic team building training. His experience in management and training with 12 years in government, non-government sector and community intervention. His has credibility and unique advantage over others to bring in people through the training programmes and community intervention that conducted.

Mr. Niraj strongly believe that every youth is a Powerful Change Maker only if they receive right guidance at the right time to achieve his/her goal. He sincerely wants the youth transformation to take place in quicker time by learning from others where the participants can make me as a classic example to step up. He believes gone through enough for a youth, not anymore by another youth.
